Non-employee staffing

Our dedicated Onboarding Team ensures every non-employee is set up for success. The team manages the complete onboarding journey, ensuring all required documentation, approvals, and background screenings are completed in full accordance with Citi's rigorous policies and regulatory requirements. This thorough process guarantees that each individual is fully cleared and ready to begin their assignment with Citi.

To ensure compliance and protect personal information, suppliers must provide only the specific documentation and background check evidence requested in the Non-Employee Onboarding Documents. All submissions must align with the country-specific background screening guidelines detailed in the Citi Requirements for Suppliers.

Communications from the Staffing Office, including reference materials and supporting documentation, are available in the SAP Fieldglass® Reference Library. Suppliers should review the Reference Library regularly to stay informed of updates, process changes, and new guidance.

Suppliers are responsible for keeping the Staffing Office informed of any changes to account management or key contacts to be updated in Fieldglass. For supplier contact updates or assistance, please contact staffingofficesuppliercaretraining@citi.com. 

Supplier Administrators can update supplier contact information directly in SAP Fieldglass:

• Company Contact Person: Navigate to Admin Menu > Company Details
• Supplier Primary Contact Person for Services: Navigate to Admin Menu > Buyer

The Staffing Office hosts regular training sessions which are open to all non-employee suppliers. These sessions provide an overview of key processes for onboarding non-employee resources, including major process enhancements, DocuSign, Profile Maintenance, Non-Employee Onboarding Documentation (NEOD), and Profile Worker to Statement of Work processes. Suppliers should join training sessions regularly. Any new supplier personnel who are working on a Citi account must attend training sessions to familiarize themselves with our processes and expectations when onboarding non-employee resources.
