The Non-Employee Staffing Office is Citi's centralized global team responsible for the engagement and management of our non-employee workforce. We partner with leading suppliers and our internal business units to oversee the entire lifecycle, from staff augmentation recruitment and onboarding to ongoing workforce oversight.
