Jane Fraser is the Chief Executive Officer of Citi, a leading global bank, serving millions of consumers, businesses and institutions across nearly 160 countries and jurisdictions. She is the first female CEO in the firm&rsquo;s history.
Jane has deep experience across Citi&rsquo;s consumer and institutional businesses and, in many ways, she helped shape Citi into the company it is today. Before becoming CEO in February 2021, she was President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank, responsible for all of Citi&rsquo;s Consumer businesses, including Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Credit Cards, Mortgage and Operations and Technology in 19 markets. Before that, she was the Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup Latin America from 2015 to 2019. From 2013 to 2015, she was the Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Consumer and Commercial Banking and CitiMortgage. From 2009 to 2013, Jane served as the Chief Executive Officer of Citi's Global Private Bank. Prior, Jane was the Global Head of Strategy and Mergers &amp; Acquisitions for Citi from 2007 to 2009. She joined Citi in 2004 in the Corporate and Investment Banking division.
Before joining Citi, Jane was a Partner at McKinsey &amp; Company. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in the Mergers &amp; Acquisitions department in London and then worked for Asesores Burs&aacute;tiles in Madrid, Spain.
Jane serves as a Board Member for the Business Roundtable and the Council on Foreign Relations. She is Vice Chair for the Partnership for New York City and a member of Harvard Business School&rsquo;s Board of Dean&rsquo;s Advisors, the Stanford Global Advisory Board and the Economic Club of New York. Jane has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an M.A. in economics from Cambridge University. She is married with two children.

Peter Babej is Chief Executive Officer of Citi Asia Pacific, responsible for the firm's operations across the region. Peter is a member of Citi's Executive Management Team and the Board of the Citi Foundation.Previously, Peter served as Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group. Under his leadership, Citi attained a leading position in the sector and participated in numerous landmark transactions globally.Previously, Peter served in senior roles at Deutsche Bank and Lazard, where he advised financial institutions across North America, Europe and Asia.Peter holds a B.A. (summa cum laude) from the School of Public and International Affairs of Princeton, and a J.D. and Ph.D from Harvard University. He is a member of the Council of Foreign Relations.

Titi Cole is the Chief Executive Officer of Legacy Franchises, responsible for overseeing the new operating segment that houses Citi's consumer businesses and colleagues in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Mexico. She is a member of the Executive Management Team and serves as a Member of the Board of Grupo Financiero Citibanamex, S.A. de C.V. and Banco Nacional de M&eacute;xico, S.A.
Prior to her current role, Titi served as the Head of Global Operations and Fraud Prevention and the Chief Client Officer for Personal Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM). Titi also served as the Global Diversity &amp; Inclusion Champion for PBWM, where she led initiatives to increase representation of women and underrepresented groups across the business.
Before joining Citi in 2020, Titi was the Head of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations and Contact Centers at Wells Fargo after previously leading Shared Services for Consumer Credit Solutions. She also served as a member of Wells Fargo's Management Committee. Previously, Titi led Retail Products and Underwriting for Bank of America with responsibility for the consumer credit card, debit and checking businesses, credit card underwriting and fulfillment, and the enterprise payments network group. She has also held leadership roles at BMO Harris Bank in Chicago and McKinsey &amp; Company.
Titi earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Titi serves on the Board of Trustees for Queens University of Charlotte.

Mark Mason was named Chief Financial Officer of Citi in February 2019. He is responsible for the financial management of the company and also spearheads Citi&rsquo;s Expense Management and Citi Ventures Initiatives. Prior to being named Citi CFO, Mr. Mason served as CFO of Citi&rsquo;s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) and was the executive responsible for Citi&rsquo;s Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) submission process.
Mr. Mason joined Citi in 2001 and has held several senior operational, strategic, and financial executive positions, including CEO of Citi Private Bank, CEO of Citi Holdings and CFO and Head of Strategy and M&amp;A for Citi&rsquo;s Global Wealth Management Division.
Prior to his tenure at Citi, Mr. Mason was Director of Strategy and Business Development with Lucent Technologies. He also spent several years as Strategy Consultant with Marakon Associates, working with a number of Fortune 100 companies to develop strategies to maximize shareholder value. Mr. Mason also has investment banking experience with Goldman, Sachs &amp; Co.
Mr. Mason serves as a Trustee of Howard University, where he received a B.B.A. in finance and graduated with honors. He also holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a former Director of Primerica, Inc. (NYSEL PRI)
Mr. Mason resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children.

Mark Mason

As Chief of Staff to the CEO, Margo Pilic works with Citi's leadership team, the Board of Directors, clients, regulators, investors and external partners to support the delivery of Citi's strategic priorities.
Margo joined Citi in 2004. Prior to joining the Office of the CEO, Margo was the Finance Officer for the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) in Latin America. Previously, Margo had several senior roles in the Foreign Exchange business, focused on electronic client solutions. Before joining FX, she worked in the Corporate Center in Reengineering and as the Chief of Staff for Citi's former Chief Operating Officer, as well as in ICG Strategy.
Margo started her career in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin &amp; Jenrette and then at Credit Suisse.
Margo holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She is married with two children.

Paco Ybarra is Chief Executive Officer of Citi&rsquo;s Institutional Clients Group, which includes its Banking, Markets and Services businesses. He is a member of the Executive Management Team, Chairman of the Institutional Clients Group Risk Management Committee and serves as a Member of the Board of Grupo Financiero Citibanamex, S.A. de C.V.
Prior to assuming his current role in May 2019, Paco was Global Head of Markets and Securities Services. He joined the bank in 1987 in Spain as a Management Associate. During his career he has held positions in Spain, Mexico, Singapore, New York and London. In November 2006, he became Co-Head of Global Fixed Income, and in 2011 was appointed Global Head of Markets. In November 2013, his responsibilities were expanded to include the securities services businesses. He was appointed Deputy Head of the Institutional Clients Group in October 2018.
Paco holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Valencia in Spain and a Master of Business Administration degree from I.E.S.E. in Barcelona. He is a member of the Board of Directors of EMPower in the United Kingdom, a non-for-profit organization that supports at-risk youth in Emerging Markets. He also sits in the Alumni Board of I.E.S.E.

Tim Monger

Andy Morton is a Managing Director and Global Head of Markets at Citi. He has been with Citi since 2008, and was previously head of the G10 rates, markets treasury and finance businesses and was responsible for the markets quantitative analysis (MQA) function.
Prior to joining Citi, Andy spent 15 years at Lehman Brothers during which he held several positions including Head of European Fixed Income and Global Head of Fixed Income.
Andy began his working career as an academic in mathematical finance. He is the co-author of the HJM interest rate model, a widely used framework for the valuation of interest rate derivatives. He earned a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from University of Waterloo and a Doctor of Philosophy in engineering from Cornell University.
