Sara Wechter is Citi's Head of Human Resources, responsible for recruiting, diversity, global learning, talent development, benefits, compensation and employee relations. Since assuming this role in July 2018, she has championed pay-equity efforts across Citi, most notably making Citi one of the first companies to disclose its raw pay gap data for women and minorities in 2019 and annually since then.Under Sara’s leadership, Citi has been at the helm of many industry-leading employee programs, including launching a global paid parental leave standard in every country in which Citi operates and providing multiple mental health resources to employees. In addition, Sara leads Citi’s North America Crisis Management Oversight Team, which is managing Citi’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.Prior to this role, Sara served as Citi's Head of Talent and Diversity as well as Chief of Staff to former Citi Chief Executive Officer Mike Corbat. She has held several roles since first joining Citi in 2004. After working in Investment Banking, Sara joined Citi's Corporate M&amp;A and Strategy team in 2007. She also served as Chief of Staff to Richard Parsons and Michael O'Neill during their respective terms as Chair of Citi's Board of Directors.Sara is a graduate of Emory University and lives in New York City with her husband and two children.

Gonzalo Luchetti is the Head of U.S. Personal Banking, leading the delivery of a single, seamless client experience across retail banking, retail services and branded cards. Gonzalo guides the bank in its digital first approach to serving more than 70 million clients, with a light physical branch network in six key markets and national scale in credit cards and lending.
Prior to his current role, Gonzalo served as Head of the Consumer Bank in Asia and EMEA. In this role, he was responsible for all consumer banking activities, including deposits, wealth management, Bancassurance, small business, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages.
Previously, he served as the Head of the Asia Retail Bank, helping to lead a significant transformation of the business by calibrating its distribution network, driving the path to scale for select franchises and digitizing the business model. Before moving to Asia, he served in New York as the Global Head of Wealth Management and Insurance, leading Citigold, Citigold Private Client, Investment and Insurance product distribution globally, as well as the International Personal Bank.
Gonzalo joined Citi in 2006 as Head of Strategy for the Citi Private Bank in Latin America. He expanded his responsibilities in 2007 when he also became the Chief Financial Officer for the business. Prior to joining Citi, Gonzalo worked for JP Morgan Chase and Bain &amp; Company.
Gonzalo holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer sciences from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires.
