Jane Fraser is the Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Citi, the world's most global bank, which serves clients in more than 180 countries and jurisdictions.Since becoming CEO in March 2021, Jane has launched a multi-year strategy to transform, simplify and modernize the bank for the digital age. Jane is committed to making Citi the preeminent banking partner for institutions with cross-border needs, a global leader in wealth management and a valued personal bank in its home market of the U.S. She was named Chair of the Board in October 2025.During her over 20-year career at Citi, Jane has held leadership roles across Citi’s consumer and institutional businesses. Before becoming CEO, she was President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank. She also served as Global Head of Strategy and M&amp;A, CEO of Citi’s Private Bank and CEO of Citigroup Latin America, among other leadership roles. Jane joined Citi in 2004 in the Corporate and Investment Banking division. Before joining Citi, Jane was a Partner at McKinsey &amp; Company.Jane serves on the Board of Directors of the Business Roundtable, the Council on Foreign Relations, the U.S. Saudi Business Council and the Partnership for New York City. She is Chair of the Financial Services Forum and a member of the Group of Thirty, Monetary Authority of Singapore’s International Advisory Panel, Harvard Business School’s Board of Dean’s Advisors, the Stanford Global Advisory Board and the Economic Club of New York. Peter Babej is Chief Executive Officer of Citi Asia Pacific, responsible for the firm's operations across the region. Peter is a member of Citi's Executive Management Team and the Board of the Citi Foundation.Previously, Peter served as Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group. Under his leadership, Citi attained a leading position in the sector and participated in numerous landmark transactions globally.Previously, Peter served in senior roles at Deutsche Bank and Lazard, where he advised financial institutions across North America, Europe and Asia.Peter holds a B.A. (summa cum laude) from the School of Public and International Affairs of Princeton, and a J.D. and Ph.D from Harvard University. He is a member of the Council of Foreign Relations.

Mark Mason was named Chief Financial Officer of Citi in February 2019. He is responsible for the financial management of the company and also spearheads Citi&rsquo;s Expense Management and Citi Ventures Initiatives. Prior to being named Citi CFO, Mr. Mason served as CFO of Citi&rsquo;s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) and was the executive responsible for Citi&rsquo;s Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) submission process.
Mr. Mason joined Citi in 2001 and has held several senior operational, strategic, and financial executive positions, including CEO of Citi Private Bank, CEO of Citi Holdings and CFO and Head of Strategy and M&amp;A for Citi&rsquo;s Global Wealth Management Division.
Prior to his tenure at Citi, Mr. Mason was Director of Strategy and Business Development with Lucent Technologies. He also spent several years as Strategy Consultant with Marakon Associates, working with a number of Fortune 100 companies to develop strategies to maximize shareholder value. Mr. Mason also has investment banking experience with Goldman, Sachs &amp; Co.
Mr. Mason serves as a Trustee of Howard University, where he received a B.B.A. in finance and graduated with honors. He also holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a former Director of Primerica, Inc. (NYSEL PRI)
Mr. Mason resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children.

Jane Fraser is the Chief Executive Officer of Citi, a leading global bank, serving millions of consumers, businesses and institutions across nearly 160 countries and jurisdictions. She is the first female CEO in the firm&rsquo;s history.
Jane has deep experience across Citi&rsquo;s consumer and institutional businesses and, in many ways, she helped shape Citi into the company it is today. Before becoming CEO in February 2021, she was President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank, responsible for all of Citi&rsquo;s Consumer businesses, including Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Credit Cards, Mortgage and Operations and Technology in 19 markets. Before that, she was the Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup Latin America from 2015 to 2019. From 2013 to 2015, she was the Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Consumer and Commercial Banking and CitiMortgage. From 2009 to 2013, Jane served as the Chief Executive Officer of Citi's Global Private Bank. Prior, Jane was the Global Head of Strategy and Mergers &amp; Acquisitions for Citi from 2007 to 2009. She joined Citi in 2004 in the Corporate and Investment Banking division.
Before joining Citi, Jane was a Partner at McKinsey &amp; Company. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in the Mergers &amp; Acquisitions department in London and then worked for Asesores Burs&aacute;tiles in Madrid, Spain.
Jane serves as a Board Member for the Business Roundtable and the Council on Foreign Relations. She is Vice Chair for the Partnership for New York City and a member of Harvard Business School&rsquo;s Board of Dean&rsquo;s Advisors, the Stanford Global Advisory Board and the Economic Club of New York. Jane has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an M.A. in economics from Cambridge University. She is married with two children.
