Peter Babej is Chief Executive Officer of Citi Asia Pacific, responsible for the firm's operations across the region. Peter is a member of Citi's Executive Management Team and the Board of the Citi Foundation.Previously, Peter served as Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group. Under his leadership, Citi attained a leading position in the sector and participated in numerous landmark transactions globally.Previously, Peter served in senior roles at Deutsche Bank and Lazard, where he advised financial institutions across North America, Europe and Asia.Peter holds a B.A. (summa cum laude) from the School of Public and International Affairs of Princeton, and a J.D. and Ph.D from Harvard University. He is a member of the Council of Foreign Relations.

Peter Babej

Kenya Bryant is a Program Officer at the Citi Foundation where she manages key partnerships for the Foundation&rsquo;s Action for Racial Equity commitment and Community Solutions portfolio. Prior to joining the Foundation, Kenya led the development and execution of the Est&eacute;e Lauder Companies Charitable Foundation&rsquo;s grantmaking strategy across racial equity, girls&rsquo; education, and M&middot;A&middot;C VIVA GLAM&rsquo;s international grant portfolio focused on HIV/AIDS, women&rsquo;s health, and LGBTQIA+ rights. Kenya&rsquo;s professional background includes non-profit fundraising and youth development work in Washington D.C. at BUILD and the Posse Foundation, as well as ad sales marketing and communications in her past roles at SiriusXM Pandora, ESSENCE Magazine, and Paramount.
Kenya holds an MS from Clemson University in Youth Development Leadership, and a BA from Wheaton College in Sociology, with Minors in Studio Art and Journalism where she attended as a Posse Scholar.

Micaela Duffy is a Grants Analyst on the Grants &amp; Contributions Management Team. She is responsible for grants administration, as well as data reporting and database management.
Prior to joining Citi, Micaela worked as a development assistant at Global Health Corps, where she was responsible for database management, prospect research, and grants administration. Previously, she interned at the Dunkin&rsquo; Joy in Childhood Foundation and Northwestern Mutual.
Micaela graduated from Boston College in 2021 with a major in Psychology and minor in Finance.

Micaela Duffy

Philip Fitzgerald leads key partnerships for the Foundation&rsquo;s Action for Racial Equity, and Pathways to Progress commitments. Before joining the Citi Foundation, he oversaw discretionary grantmaking, scholarships, private foundation services, special grantmaking initiatives, and grantmaking operations, and supported organization-wide strategic priorities at Philadelphia Foundation. Prior to that he managed corporate giving and community outreach programs for VILLA and oversaw a grantmaking and capacity building initiative at Nonprofit Finance Fund. Phil started his career preparing adult learners for the high school equivalency exam and teaching English to speakers of other languages in the US and abroad.
Phil is a graduate of Temple University&rsquo;s Fox School of Business and &Eacute;cole des Ponts Business School, having earned an MBA in International Business Administration. He also holds a Bachelor of Science cum laude in International Area Studies and a minor in French from Drexel University.

Philip Fitzgerald

Andrew Fox leads the grants management function within the operations team, and is responsible for grants administration, information management, analysis and reporting, and IT management. Prior to joining Citi, Andrew worked in the office of the chief operating officer, general counsel, and secretary of The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts&mdash;Amherst, Trinity College Dublin, and University College Dublin.

Andrew Fox

Eliza French is the Grants and Contributions Program Manager, with primary responsibility for Grants Administration. She has a decade of experience in the social impact sector, including over six years at private foundations. Most recently, Eliza was a Senior Associate at the Bernard and Anne Spitzer Charitable Trust, where she supported grantmaking in the Trust&rsquo;s Democracy program. Previously, she was a Program Associate at the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation and worked for nonprofits and cultural institutions in public programming and partnerships roles. Eliza holds an MPA in Social Impact, Innovation, and Investment from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service at NYU and a BA in Art History from Duke University.

Eliza French

Charlotte Gauthier is a Program Officer at the Citi Foundation managing grant investments across Foundation portfolios, including grantmaking across Latin America. She brings more than twelve years of experience in the social impact sector, including over seven years at private foundations. Most recently, Charlotte was a Program Officer at the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation. In this role, she oversaw a multimillion-dollar grants portfolio focused on improving health for New York State&rsquo;s populations with the greatest needs. Prior, Charlotte was a governance and public-sector consultant for the World Bank. While there, she supported the conceptualization of public sector reforms in the East Africa region.
Charlotte holds a Master of Public Administration in Development Practice from Columbia University, and a BA in Political Science from the Universidad de San Andres, Argentina.

Charlotte Gauthier

William Huang is a Program Officer at the Citi Foundation where he manages grant investments across Foundation portfolios. He also supports the Foundation&rsquo;s efforts to support Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities and organizations. Prior to joining the Foundation, William was on the Government Innovation team at Bloomberg Philanthropies, where he worked to expand local governments&rsquo; data and leadership capacities for city leaders to creatively tackle their most urgent challenges. William professional background includes non-profit fundraising, supportive and affordable housing, and community development work.
William holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA from Tufts University in International Relations. He is an alumnus of the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs, the NYU Fellowship for Emerging Leaders in Public Service, and Prep for Prep.

William Huang

Zebradedra Hunter is a Program Officer at the Citi Foundation managing international grant investments across Foundation portfolios, including Pathways to Progress. She is also responsible for monitoring activities related to risk &amp; controls and coordinating cross-functional efforts. Prior to this role Zebradedra was a Grants Analyst responsible for our Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Bribery due diligence processes and grants administration. Beyond her work with the Foundation, Zebradedra serves on Citi Community Investing and Development&rsquo;s internal working group to advance diversity, equity and inclusion.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Zebradedra worked at USA TODAY holding company, Gannett, where she supported the restructuring of the company&rsquo;s annual grantmaking programs, reviewed grant proposals, and managed the grants management software.
Zebradedra holds a Master&rsquo;s in Public Policy with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from the University of Maryland and a BA in Economics from Loyola University Maryland.

Emily Krupnick is a Grants Analyst on the Grants &amp; Contributions Management Team. She is responsible for grants administration, as well as data reporting and database management.
Prior to joining Citi, Emily worked as a litigation paralegal at Lankler Siffert &amp; Wohl, where she was responsible for database management, document review, and legal brief preparation. Previously she interned at the Lawyers Alliance for New York, Nonprofit New York, and a congressional campaign.
Emily graduated from Haverford College in 2020, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Religion. At Haverford, she was the captain of the women&rsquo;s lacrosse team.

Emily Krupnick

David Livingstone was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Citi Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in February 2019. In this role, he is responsible for Citi's businesses throughout EMEA, where Citi maintains a physical presence in 55 countries and does business in 52 more. David is a member of Citi's Executive Management Team.
Prior to assuming his current position, David was Citi Country Officer for Australia and New Zealand from June 2016. He was responsible for Citi's business in Australia and New Zealand, including developing and implementing business strategy; fostering client relationships; managing risk and controls; and enhancing and protecting Citi's reputation in the region. He also was a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Management Team.
David joined Citi from Credit Suisse, where he was Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Division for EMEA region and a board member of Credit Suisse International and Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, the main operating entities of the group in Europe. He was also head of the mergers and acquisitions business for that region. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Australia, a role he held from 2010 to 2013.
David joined Credit Suisse in 2007 from HSBC, where he was a Managing Director and head of EMEA Investment Banking Advisory. Prior to that, he worked at the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. for 16 years in a variety of senior roles. David holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Economics from Macquarie University in Sydney and a Master of Arts degree in Law from Jesus College, Cambridge.

David Livingstone

Stefany Castrillon Martinez is a Finance and Operations Associate at the Citi Foundation. She supports the Operations Team with the Foundation&rsquo;s accounting and bookkeeping, budget planning, and financial analysis and reporting.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Stefany was the Associate Director of Business Operations at The TEAK Fellowship, a nonprofit providing educational access and leadership development to NYC students.
Stefany holds a BA in Political Science from the City College of New York.

Stefany Castrillon Martinez

Mark Mason was named Chief Financial Officer of Citi in February 2019. He is responsible for the financial management of the company and also spearheads Citi’s Expense Management and Citi Ventures Initiatives. Prior to being named Citi CFO, Mr. Mason served as CFO of Citi’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) and was the executive responsible for Citi’s Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) submission process.Mr. Mason joined Citi in 2001 and has held several senior operational, strategic, and financial executive positions, including CEO of Citi Private Bank, CEO of Citi Holdings and CFO and Head of Strategy and M&amp;A for Citi’s Global Wealth Management Division.Prior to his tenure at Citi, Mr. Mason was Director of Strategy and Business Development with Lucent Technologies. He also spent several years as Strategy Consultant with Marakon Associates, working with a number of Fortune 100 companies to develop strategies to maximize shareholder value. Mr. Mason also has investment banking experience with Goldman, Sachs &amp; Co.Mr. Mason serves as a Trustee of Howard University, where he received a B.B.A. in finance and graduated with honors. He also holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a former Director of Primerica, Inc. (NYSEL PRI)Mr. Mason resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children.

Mark Mason

Brandee McHale is Head of Community Investing and Development at Citi and President of the Citi Foundation. She leads Citi&rsquo;s efforts to drive economic opportunity and invest in the equitable and inclusive growth of communities through impact investing, inclusive finance, community relations and the philanthropy of the Citi Foundation.
With more than three decades of experience in financial services and philanthropy, Brandee has dedicated her career to developing forward-thinking initiatives that connect low-income communities and communities of color to jobs, housing and a more economically secure future. Prior to her current role, she led Citi&rsquo;s corporate citizenship efforts, including philanthropy, volunteerism and environmental sustainability. She previously served as Director of Operations for Citi Community Capital as well as in a variety of business management and philanthropy-related leadership roles within community relations. She also helped establish a business case for financial inclusion and asset building as a program officer at the Ford Foundation.
Brandee chairs Living Cities, a collaborative of the 22 largest philanthropic foundations in the U.S. that is dedicated to closing racial wealth gaps, and serves on the board of the Council on Foundations. She formerly served as Chair of the Global Steering Committee for the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI), as Board Chair for Prosperity Now, an organization focused on economic opportunity and mobility in the U.S., and on the board of directors of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), America&rsquo;s Promise Alliance and Philanthropy NY.

Brandee McHale

David Meehan is a Program Officer at the Citi Foundation managing key partnerships within the Community Solutions and Youth Economic Opportunities portfolios. Prior to joining the Foundation, David worked at New York University&rsquo;s Institute of Human Development and Social Change and The Thomas &amp; Jeanne Elmezzi Private Foundation. At NYU, David supported the management of the Institute grant portfolio, specifically focusing on federal, private, and foreign funder agreements, as well as domestic and foreign subcontracts. During his time at The Elmezzi Foundation, David assisted in program management for the Foundation&rsquo;s grantee portfolio.
David holds a BA in Environmental Sociology from Hampshire College.

David Meehan

Kristen Scheyder leads the Citi Foundation&rsquo;s Community Solutions portfolio, where she helps cities and nonprofits implement systems-change strategies to spur more inclusive economic opportunity in under-served and under-resourced communities, while also focusing on organizational capacity building to help partners to drive better outcomes for their clients.
Kristen has been a community development practitioner for 25+ years, with experience in the banking, government and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining Citi in 2012, she was Deputy Director for the Northeast Region of NeighborWorks America, where she oversaw the provision of financial and technical resources to housing organizations in 11 states. Prior to that she held a variety of community development finance positions at HSBC Bank, Seedco (now TruFund Financial Services), the City of Philadelphia; and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.
She earned a Masters in Government Administration from the Fels Center of Government at the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College.

Anand Selvakesari

Edward Skyler joined Citi as Executive Vice President in 2010 and is now Head of Enterprise Services and Public Affairs. Reporting to the CEO, he oversees the primary functions that shape the reputation of Citi, including Communications, Government Affairs, Marketing, Sustainability/ESG, Community Investing and Development and Citi&rsquo;s compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). He has responsibility for managing certain global operations, including Aviation, Colleague and Client Services, and Citi&rsquo;s Real Estate portfolio. He chairs Citi&rsquo;s Reputation Risk Committee and the Board of the Citi Foundation. He also shares leadership of Investor Relations and Regulatory Affairs.
Prior to joining Citi, Edward served as a member of Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg's administration from 2002 to 2010, rising to the position of Deputy Mayor for Operations for the City of New York. In that capacity, he oversaw the performance of the City's main operational agencies and served as a top budget, legislative and labor negotiator. He oversaw four consecutive balanced and on-time City budgets; negotiated legislation to reform lobbying and "pay-to-play" practices; and spearheaded critical initiatives such as the overhaul of the City's 911 system and its sustainability agenda.
Previously, Edward served as Press Secretary and Communications Director during Mayor Bloomberg's first term. Prior to joining the Bloomberg Administration, he worked in the Corporate Communications group of Bloomberg LP. He also served as Deputy Press Secretary to Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani and Public Information Director at the Department of Parks &amp; Recreation.
Edward has stayed involved in civic life and served as Chairman of the Citizens Budget Commission. He is also an Executive Committee Member of the New York Police &amp; Fire Widows' &amp; Children's Benefit Fund and is a Trustee of The Paley Center for Media. He has been honored by several organizations, including Global Kids, Graham Windham and the YMCA of Greater New York.
A member of the New York State Bar Association, Edward is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Fordham University School of Law.

Edward Skyler

Florencia Spangaro is the Chief Operating Officer of the Citi Foundation, heading the organization&rsquo;s grant making efforts across the world. In this capacity, she leads the Foundation&rsquo;s Programs team in strategy design and implementation of key initiatives, including Pathways to Progress and Community Progress Makers.
Prior to joining the Foundation in 2010, she worked for Citi's Europe, Middle East and Africa regional Corporate Citizenship office where she was responsible for coordinating philanthropic and volunteering programs across the region. Before joining Citi, Florencia worked for the Argentine Embassy in London.
Florencia holds a Master's in Corporate Social Responsibility from Metropolitan University in London and a Master's in International and Comparative Legal Studies from University of London, SOAS.

Ernesto Torres Cantu is CEO of Citi Latin America. Ernesto is a member of Citi&rsquo;s Executive Management Team.
Prior to his current role, Ernesto served as CEO of Citibanamex from 2014 to 2019. He also served as CEO of Citibanamex Consumer Banking from 2012 to 2014 and in 2006 was appointed President of the Retail Bank in Mexico.
Ernesto joined Citibanamex in 1989 as a Corporate Banker.
Born in Torre&oacute;n, M&eacute;xico, Ernesto holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Instituto Tecnol&oacute;gico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Tecnol&oacute;gico de Monterrey, Mexico City.

Ernesto Torres Cantu

Sara Wechter is Citi's Head of Human Resources, responsible for recruiting, diversity, global learning, talent development, benefits, compensation and employee relations. Since assuming this role in July 2018, she has championed pay-equity efforts across Citi, most notably making Citi one of the first companies to disclose its raw pay gap data for women and minorities in 2019 and annually since then.
Under Sara&rsquo;s leadership, Citi has been at the helm of many industry-leading employee programs, including launching a global paid parental leave standard in every country in which Citi operates and providing multiple mental health resources to employees. In addition, Sara leads Citi&rsquo;s North America Crisis Management Oversight Team, which is managing Citi&rsquo;s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to this role, Sara served as Citi's Head of Talent and Diversity as well as Chief of Staff to former Citi Chief Executive Officer Mike Corbat. She has held several roles since first joining Citi in 2004. After working in Investment Banking, Sara joined Citi's Corporate M&amp;A and Strategy team in 2007. She also served as Chief of Staff to Richard Parsons and Michael O'Neill during their respective terms as Chair of Citi's Board of Directors.
Sara is a graduate of Emory University and lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
