Nadir Darrah was named Chief Auditor of Citi in March 2022. He is responsible for the Internal Audit function, which includes the delivery of audit assurance on governance, risk management and the control environment across Citi. Prior, Nadir was the Chief Auditor of Citibank, N.A. Data and Transformation.
Since joining Citi in 2015, Nadir has held senior leadership positions including the Regional Chief Auditor for Asia Pacific and Chief Auditor for Global Consumer Banking responsible for covering the Retail Bank, Mortgages, Branded Cards, Citi Retail Services and Citi Holdings. Earlier, he held several senior leadership roles across Internal Audit including Chief Auditor for Retail Mortgages and Holdings, and Chief Auditor for Special Projects and Programs where he led several strategic initiatives across Internal Audit, managed regulatory exams and relationships, as well as maintaining Internal Audit&rsquo;s best-in-class status with stakeholders. He also served as Chief Auditor, CGMI, ICG Securities Services, Regulatory Reform, Governance &amp; Conduct.
Nadir has over 25 years of audit experience. Prior to his tenure at Citi, Nadir was with Barclays where he held a number of senior leadership positions including responsibility for the Internal Audit coverage of the Barclays Wealth Management business as well as the Risk, Finance, Treasury, Compliance and Financial Crime functions in North America.

Sunil Garg is Chief Executive Officer of Citibank, N.A., which is Citi&rsquo;s primary banking entity with branches and subsidiaries in 95 countries and territories. Citibank, N.A. accounts for 75 percent of Citigroup&rsquo;s total assets. He is also CEO of North America, overseeing the United States and Canada Markets.&nbsp;
Sunil joined Citi in May 1988 as a Management Associate in India and has worked in India, Singapore, Malaysia and the United States during his tenure. He has worked in several roles across Citi, notably in operations and technology; treasury and trade solutions; corporate and investment banking; and commercial banking. Sunil was also a member of Citi&rsquo;s Global Consumer Banking and the Institutional Client Group&lsquo;s management committees for several years during his tenure. Most recently, Sunil was global Chief Executive Officer of the commercial bank, which he led 2011 to 2021. Prior to that, he led the U.S. Commercial Banking business from 2008 until 2011.
Sunil graduated with a major in economics from St. Stephen&rsquo;s College, India, followed by the Post Graduate Program from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Sunil Garg

David Livingstone was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Citi Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in February 2019. In this role, he is responsible for Citi's businesses throughout EMEA, where Citi maintains a physical presence in 55 countries and does business in 52 more. David is a member of Citi's Executive Management Team.
Prior to assuming his current position, David was Citi Country Officer for Australia and New Zealand from June 2016. He was responsible for Citi's business in Australia and New Zealand, including developing and implementing business strategy; fostering client relationships; managing risk and controls; and enhancing and protecting Citi's reputation in the region. He also was a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Management Team.
David joined Citi from Credit Suisse, where he was Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Division for EMEA region and a board member of Credit Suisse International and Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, the main operating entities of the group in Europe. He was also head of the mergers and acquisitions business for that region. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Australia, a role he held from 2010 to 2013.
David joined Credit Suisse in 2007 from HSBC, where he was a Managing Director and head of EMEA Investment Banking Advisory. Prior to that, he worked at the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. for 16 years in a variety of senior roles. David holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Economics from Macquarie University in Sydney and a Master of Arts degree in Law from Jesus College, Cambridge.

Mark Mason was named Chief Financial Officer of Citi in February 2019. He is responsible for the financial management of the company and also spearheads Citi’s Expense Management and Citi Ventures Initiatives. Prior to being named Citi CFO, Mr. Mason served as CFO of Citi’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) and was the executive responsible for Citi’s Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) submission process.Mr. Mason joined Citi in 2001 and has held several senior operational, strategic, and financial executive positions, including CEO of Citi Private Bank, CEO of Citi Holdings and CFO and Head of Strategy and M&amp;A for Citi’s Global Wealth Management Division.Prior to his tenure at Citi, Mr. Mason was Director of Strategy and Business Development with Lucent Technologies. Brent McIntosh joined Citi as General Counsel &amp; Corporate Secretary in October 2021. Brent leads Citi's global legal team, including Citi security and investigative services, and oversees Citi&rsquo;s independent compliance risk management function.
Brent served as Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs from 2019 to 2021. He led the Treasury Department&rsquo;s engagement in the G7 and G20, represented the United States on the Financial Stability Board, and managed U.S. participation at the IMF and World Bank. He oversaw Treasury&rsquo;s international economic and financial policy work, including significant engagements on investment security and regulation of digital currencies. During 2020, he coordinated initiatives to alleviate the COVID-19 pandemic&rsquo;s economic consequences.
From 2017 to 2019, Brent served as Treasury&rsquo;s General Counsel, leading the department&rsquo;s approximately 2,000 lawyers and spearheading its regulatory reform efforts. Prior to that, he was a partner in the law firm of Sullivan &amp; Cromwell, where his practice focused on complex disputes involving financial institutions and multinational corporations.
Brent served in the White House from 2006 until 2009, first as Associate Counsel to the President and then as Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy Staff Secretary. Before that, he was a Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the Justice Department, where his work focused on national security matters.
A Michigan native, Brent holds an A.B. in economics and political science from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Yale Law School. Following law school, he was a law clerk to two federal appellate judges, Dennis Jacobs of the Second Circuit and Laurence H. Silberman of the D.C. Circuit. Brent serves on the Board of Directors of the Alexander Hamilton Society, the Board of Advisors for the National Security Institute at George Mason University&rsquo;s Antonin Scalia Law School, and the Advisory Council of the Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum. As Chief of Staff to the CEO, Margo Pilic works with Citi's leadership team, the Board of Directors, clients, regulators, investors and external partners to support the delivery of Citi's strategic priorities.
Margo joined Citi in 2004. Prior to joining the Office of the CEO, Margo was the Finance Officer for the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) in Latin America. Previously, Margo had several senior roles in the Foreign Exchange business, focused on electronic client solutions. Before joining FX, she worked in the Corporate Center in Reengineering and as the Chief of Staff for Citi's former Chief Operating Officer, as well as in ICG Strategy.
Margo started her career in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin &amp; Jenrette and then at Credit Suisse.

Margo Pilic

Edward Skyler joined Citi as Executive Vice President in 2010 and is now Head of Enterprise Services and Public Affairs. Reporting to the CEO, he oversees the primary functions that shape the reputation of Citi, including Communications, Government Affairs, Marketing, Sustainability/ESG, Community Investing and Development and Citi&rsquo;s compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). He has responsibility for managing certain global operations, including Aviation, Colleague and Client Services, and Citi&rsquo;s Real Estate portfolio. He chairs Citi&rsquo;s Reputation Risk Committee and the Board of the Citi Foundation. He also shares leadership of Investor Relations and Regulatory Affairs.
Prior to joining Citi, Edward served as a member of Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg's administration from 2002 to 2010, rising to the position of Deputy Mayor for Operations for the City of New York. In that capacity, he oversaw the performance of the City's main operational agencies and served as a top budget, legislative and labor negotiator. He oversaw four consecutive balanced and on-time City budgets; negotiated legislation to reform lobbying and "pay-to-play" practices; and spearheaded critical initiatives such as the overhaul of the City's 911 system and its sustainability agenda.
Previously, Edward served as Press Secretary and Communications Director during Mayor Bloomberg's first term. Prior to joining the Bloomberg Administration, he worked in the Corporate Communications group of Bloomberg LP. He also served as Deputy Press Secretary to Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani and Public Information Director at the Department of Parks &amp; Recreation.
Edward has stayed involved in civic life and served as Chairman of the Citizens Budget Commission. He is also an Executive Committee Member of the New York Police &amp; Fire Widows' &amp; Children's Benefit Fund and is a Trustee of The Paley Center for Media. He has been honored by several organizations, including Global Kids, Graham Windham and the YMCA of Greater New York.
A member of the New York State Bar Association, Edward is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Fordham University School of Law.

Ernesto Torres Cantu is CEO of Citi Latin America. Ernesto is a member of Citi&rsquo;s Executive Management Team.
Prior to his current role, Ernesto served as CEO of Citibanamex from 2014 to 2019. He also served as CEO of Citibanamex Consumer Banking from 2012 to 2014 and in 2006 was appointed President of the Retail Bank in Mexico.
Ernesto joined Citibanamex in 1989 as a Corporate Banker.

Zdenek Turek was named Citi&rsquo;s Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in February 2021. He leads the global Risk Management organization, which oversees Citi&rsquo;s risk governance framework and risk appetite, and ensures all risks generated by the firm&rsquo;s businesses are measured, reviewed and monitored on an ongoing basis. Prior to being named Interim Chief Risk Officer for Citi in December 2020, Zdenek served as EMEA Chief Risk Officer and was a member of the EMEA Operating Committee.
Previously, Zdenek was Chief Executive Officer of Citibank Europe Plc, which includes 22 countries across the region, as well as Europe Cluster Head. Prior to that, he served as Western Europe Cluster Head and, subsequently, EMEA Corporate Banking Head.
Zdenek joined Citi in 1991 and held a number of banking and corporate finance management roles before serving as Citi Country Officer for Romania. In 2005, Zdenek was appointed Citi Country Officer for South Africa and Division Head for Africa. In 2008, he was named Citi Country Officer for Russia and served as CEO of Central and Eastern Europe, which included eight countries across the region.

At Conviva, she provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a dedication to medical excellence. Ms. Bhat earned her post-Master's degree in Family Nursing Practice from Florida Atlantic University in Boca, Raton, Florida, as well as a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Education from the University of Phoenix in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 2006.
