Tom Anderson

Tyler Dickson is Citi's Co-Head of Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory, which includes all of Citi's corporate and investment banking activities including debt and equity capital markets, lending and advisory. He also manages Citi's Financing &amp; Securitization and Institutional Credit Management efforts. Tyler is a member of Citi's Global Operating Team and of the Institutional Clients Group Management Committee.
Tyler first joined the mergers and acquisition group at Salomon Brothers in 1989. He subsequently moved to equity capital markets and held numerous leadership positions including Salomon Brothers' Head of Global Convertibles and Equity Derivatives, Salomon Smith Barney's Head of U.S. Equity Capital Markets, and Citigroup's Head of Global Equity Capital Markets.
In 2007, Tyler was named Global Head of Citi's newly combined equity and debt capital markets businesses. Subsequently, his responsibilities were expanded to include securitized products, structured finance, agency and trust, and depositary receipts services. In September 2018, he was appointed Co-Head of Citi's newly combined Capital Markets and Corporate &amp; Investment Banking businesses. In 2020, Tyler was asked to help manage the Financing &amp; Securitization and Institutional Credit Management groups.
Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Peter Babej is Chief Executive Officer of Citi Asia Pacific, responsible for the firm's operations across the region. Peter is a member of Citi's Executive Management Team and the Board of the Citi Foundation.
Previously, Peter served as Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group. Under his leadership, Citi attained a leading position in the sector and participated in numerous landmark transactions globally.
Previously, Peter served in senior roles at Deutsche Bank and Lazard, where he advised financial institutions across North America, Europe and Asia.

Titi Cole is the Chief Executive Officer of Legacy Franchises, responsible for overseeing the new operating segment that houses Citi's consumer businesses and colleagues in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Mexico. She is a member of the Executive Management Team and serves as a Member of the Board of Grupo Financiero Citibanamex, S.A. de C.V. and Banco Nacional de M&eacute;xico, S.A.
Prior to her current role, Titi served as the Head of Global Operations and Fraud Prevention and the Chief Client Officer for Personal Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM). Titi also served as the Global Diversity &amp; Inclusion Champion for PBWM, where she led initiatives to increase representation of women and underrepresented groups across the business.
Before joining Citi in 2020, Titi was the Head of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations and Contact Centers at Wells Fargo after previously leading Shared Services for Consumer Credit Solutions. She also served as a member of Wells Fargo's Management Committee. Previously, Titi led Retail Products and Underwriting for Bank of America with responsibility for the consumer credit card, debit and checking businesses, credit card underwriting and fulfillment, and the enterprise payments network group. She has also held leadership roles at BMO Harris Bank in Chicago and McKinsey &amp; Company.
Titi earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Titi serves on the Board of Trustees for Queens University of Charlotte.

Grace E. Dailey

Nadir Darrah was named Chief Auditor of Citi in March 2022. He is responsible for the Internal Audit function, which includes the delivery of audit assurance on governance, risk management and the control environment across Citi. Prior, Nadir was the Chief Auditor of Citibank, N.A. Data and Transformation.
Since joining Citi in 2015, Nadir has held senior leadership positions including the Regional Chief Auditor for Asia Pacific and Chief Auditor for Global Consumer Banking responsible for covering the Retail Bank, Mortgages, Branded Cards, Citi Retail Services and Citi Holdings. Earlier, he held several senior leadership roles across Internal Audit including Chief Auditor for Retail Mortgages and Holdings, and Chief Auditor for Special Projects and Programs where he led several strategic initiatives across Internal Audit, managed regulatory exams and relationships, as well as maintaining Internal Audit&rsquo;s best-in-class status with stakeholders. Nadir has over 25 years of audit experience. Manuel Falc&oacute; is Citi's Global Co-Head of Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory, which encompasses all corporate and investment banking activities including coverage, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and lending around the world.

Jane Fraser is the Chief Executive Officer of Citi, a leading global bank, serving millions of consumers, businesses and institutions across nearly 160 countries and jurisdictions. She is the first female CEO in the firm&rsquo;s history.

Sunil Garg is Chief Executive Officer of Citibank, N.A., which is Citi&rsquo;s primary banking entity with branches and subsidiaries in 95 countries and territories. Citibank, N.A. accounts for 75 percent of Citigroup&rsquo;s total assets. He is also CEO of North America, overseeing the United States and Canada Markets.&nbsp;
Sunil joined Citi in May 1988 as a Management Associate in India and has worked in India, Singapore, Malaysia and the United States during his tenure. He has worked in several roles across Citi, notably in operations and technology; treasury and trade solutions; corporate and investment banking; and commercial banking. Sunil was also a member of Citi&rsquo;s Global Consumer Banking and the Institutional Client Group&lsquo;s management committees for several years during his tenure. Most recently, Sunil was global Chief Executive Officer of the commercial bank, which he led 2011 to 2021. Prior to that, he led the U.S. Commercial Banking business from 2008 until 2011.

Tasnim re-joined Citi in October 2021 to lead the Global Commercial Bank (CCB), a key business line for Citi that provides full-scale banking products and services to midsize companies across the globe delivering tailored solutions to this fast-growing client base.
Most recently, Tasnim was the U.K. Corporate Bank Head at Barclays plc where she focused on growing target segments, building solutions, enhancing client experience and developing talent. She implemented national industry verticals to serve corporate clients and established a public sector business to drive growth through industry-specific insights and solutions. Tasnim played a leading role in the deployment of the UK Covid Government Loan Schemes and was a strong voice for the industry during the pandemic.
Prior to Barclays, Tasnim was Citi's Head of Commercial Bank Europe, Middle East and Africa, where she led the expansion of the Commercial Bank. During her 20+ year career at Citi, Tasnim held roles in investment banking, corporate and commercial banking and senior regional management. David Livingstone was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Citi Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in February 2019. In this role, he is responsible for Citi's businesses throughout EMEA, where Citi maintains a physical presence in 55 countries and does business in 52 more. David is a member of Citi's Executive Management Team.
Prior to assuming his current position, David was Citi Country Officer for Australia and New Zealand from June 2016. He was responsible for Citi's business in Australia and New Zealand, including developing and implementing business strategy; fostering client relationships; managing risk and controls; and enhancing and protecting Citi's reputation in the region. He also was a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Management Team.
David joined Citi from Credit Suisse, where he was Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Division for EMEA region and a board member of Credit Suisse International and Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, the main operating entities of the group in Europe. He was also head of the mergers and acquisitions business for that region. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Australia, a role he held from 2010 to 2013.

Gonzalo Luchetti is the Head of U.S. Personal Banking, leading the delivery of a single, seamless client experience across retail banking, retail services and branded cards. Gonzalo guides the bank in its digital first approach to serving more than 70 million clients, with a light physical branch network in six key markets and national scale in credit cards and lending.
Prior to his current role, Gonzalo served as Head of the Consumer Bank in Asia and EMEA. In this role, he was responsible for all consumer banking activities, including deposits, wealth management, Bancassurance, small business, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages.
Previously, he served as the Head of the Asia Retail Bank, helping to lead a significant transformation of the business by calibrating its distribution network, driving the path to scale for select franchises and digitizing the business model. Before moving to Asia, he served in New York as the Global Head of Wealth Management and Insurance, leading Citigold, Citigold Private Client, Investment and Insurance product distribution globally, as well as the International Personal Bank.

Mark Mason was named Chief Financial Officer of Citi in February 2019. He is responsible for the financial management of the company and also spearheads Citi&rsquo;s Expense Management and Citi Ventures Initiatives. Prior to being named Citi CFO, Mr. Mason served as CFO of Citi&rsquo;s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) and was the executive responsible for Citi&rsquo;s Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) submission process.
Mr. Mason joined Citi in 2001 and has held several senior operational, strategic, and financial executive positions, including CEO of Citi Private Bank, CEO of Citi Holdings and CFO and Head of Strategy and M&amp;A for Citi&rsquo;s Global Wealth Management Division.
Prior to his tenure at Citi, Mr. Mason was Director of Strategy and Business Development with Lucent Technologies. He also spent several years as Strategy Consultant with Marakon Associates, working with a number of Fortune 100 companies to develop strategies to maximize shareholder value. Mr. Mason also has investment banking experience with Goldman, Sachs &amp; Co.
Mr. Mason serves as a Trustee of Howard University, where he received a B.B.A. in finance and graduated with honors. He also holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a former Director of Primerica, Inc. (NYSEL PRI)

Mark Mason

Brent McIntosh joined Citi as General Counsel &amp; Corporate Secretary in October 2021. Brent leads Citi's global legal team, including Citi security and investigative services, and oversees Citi&rsquo;s independent compliance risk management function.
Brent served as Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs from 2019 to 2021. He led the Treasury Department&rsquo;s engagement in the G7 and G20, represented the United States on the Financial Stability Board, and managed U.S. participation at the IMF and World Bank. He oversaw Treasury&rsquo;s international economic and financial policy work, including significant engagements on investment security and regulation of digital currencies. During 2020, he coordinated initiatives to alleviate the COVID-19 pandemic&rsquo;s economic consequences.
From 2017 to 2019, Brent served as Treasury&rsquo;s General Counsel, leading the department&rsquo;s approximately 2,000 lawyers and spearheading its regulatory reform efforts. Prior to that, he was a partner in the law firm of Sullivan &amp; Cromwell, where his practice focused on complex disputes involving financial institutions and multinational corporations.
Brent served in the White House from 2006 until 2009, first as Associate Counsel to the President and then as Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy Staff Secretary. Before that, he was a Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the Justice Department, where his work focused on national security matters.
A Michigan native, Brent holds an A.B. in economics and political science from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Yale Law School. Following law school, he was a law clerk to two federal appellate judges, Dennis Jacobs of the Second Circuit and Laurence H. Silberman of the D.C. Circuit. Brent serves on the Board of Directors of the Alexander Hamilton Society, the Board of Advisors for the National Security Institute at George Mason University&rsquo;s Antonin Scalia Law School, and the Advisory Council of the Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, where he previously served as an Adjunct Senior Fellow for International Economics and Finance, as well as the Bretton Woods Committee and the International Institute for Strategic Studies.

Brent McIntosh

Andy Morton is a Managing Director and Global Head of Markets at Citi. He has been with Citi since 2008, and was previously head of the G10 rates, markets treasury and finance businesses and was responsible for the markets quantitative analysis (MQA) function.
Prior to joining Citi, Andy spent 15 years at Lehman Brothers during which he held several positions including Head of European Fixed Income and Global Head of Fixed Income.
Andy began his working career as an academic in mathematical finance. He is the co-author of the HJM interest rate model, a widely used framework for the valuation of interest rate derivatives. He earned a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from University of Waterloo and a Doctor of Philosophy in engineering from Cornell University.

Andy Morton

Jim O'Donnell is Head of Global Wealth Management. Previously, he was Managing Director and Global Head of Investor Sales and Relationship Management at Citi Markets and Securities Services. In this role, Jim was responsible for client distribution for equities, fixed income, currencies and commodities. Prior to that, he was Co-Head of Global Investor Sales, appointed in November 2007.
Previously, Jim served as Head of Equities, Americas at Citi. He joined the firm in July 1999 as Head of Equities, EMEA. Prior to joining Citi, Jim was President and Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Securities Inc. in New York. He was responsible for all equity, debt, futures and investment banking operations for HSBC in the U.S. and was CEO of HSBC James Capel, HSBC's global equity business.
Prior to HSBC, Jim was President and CEO of NatWest Securities in the United States. He held various roles at Drexel Burnham Lambert from 1986 to 1990, including Head of Sales and Trading for International Equities and Co-Head of Global Equity Trading. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in comparative religion from Princeton University.

Jim O’Donnell

Karen Peetz joined Citi in 2020 as Chief Administrative Officer. In this role she oversees Citi&rsquo;s Project Management Office and Data efforts globally. Previously, Karen spent almost 20 years at BNY Mellon, ultimately becoming the President of the firm until her departure in 2016. While President, she oversaw the company&rsquo;s global client management group, covering the firm&rsquo;s top 500 clients worldwide; regional management (Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa and Latin America); and its treasury services business. She also led the company&rsquo;s Human Resources, global innovation and regulatory oversight efforts.
Prior to her appointment as President in 2013, Karen led BNY Mellon&rsquo;s Financial Markets and Treasury Services group, comprised of: the alternative investment services, broker dealer and advisor services, Pershing, corporate trust, depositary receipts, share owner services and treasury services businesses.
Before joining BNY Mellon in 1998 to run the domestic corporate trust business, Karen spent 16 years with JPMorgan Chase in a variety of commercial lending, sales and business management positions, including an assignment in London.
Since retiring from BNY Mellon, Karen has been active in various corporate and nonprofit boards, including: The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, Amherst Holdings, Johns Hopkins University and the Global Lyme Alliance.
Karen is the former Chair of the Boards of United Way of New York City and Penn State University&rsquo;s Board of Trustees.

Karen Peetz

Okan Pekin is the Global Head of Securities Services at Citi. Based in London, Okan oversees an integrated range of services supporting the post-trade requirements of clients, including clearing, custody and fund services.
Okan joined Citi in Turkey in 1989 and has since held various roles across the firm. Most recently, Okan was the Global Head of Prime, Futures and Securities Services, as well as the Global Head of its predecessor organization, Investor Services, starting in 2013. Prior to that, Okan was the Global Head of Institutional FX and Local Markets Sales and Head of CEEMEA Sales. He held various leadership roles in Structured Product Sales in Europe and led the Derivatives Marketing Team for European Investors as well as the Derivatives Marketing business in Germany.
Earlier in his Citi career, Okan developed and led the Derivatives and Capital Markets Origination business with European Sovereigns and Frequent Issuers and, prior to that, was responsible for the Derivatives coverage of Switzerland. Prior to Citi, Okan worked at Koc Holding in Turkey, where he helped to develop and execute the strategy of its automotive division. Okan holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration with a major in finance from Bosphorus University in Istanbul.

As Chief of Staff to the CEO, Margo Pilic works with Citi's leadership team, the Board of Directors, clients, regulators, investors and external partners to support the delivery of Citi's strategic priorities.
Margo joined Citi in 2004. Prior to joining the Office of the CEO, Margo was the Finance Officer for the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) in Latin America. Previously, Margo had several senior roles in the Foreign Exchange business, focused on electronic client solutions. Before joining FX, she worked in the Corporate Center in Reengineering and as the Chief of Staff for Citi's former Chief Operating Officer, as well as in ICG Strategy.
Margo started her career in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin &amp; Jenrette and then at Credit Suisse.
Margo holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She is married with two children.

Gary M. Reiner

Stuart Riley is the Global Head of Technology for the Institutional Clients Group, which supports growth in some of our largest businesses while improving efficiency and creating a safer, faster, better connected and more reliable infrastructure for Citi and our clients. Stuart is also Head of ICG Digital, which works with the business to accelerate and govern our digital strategy, with a focus on improving client experience.
Stuart joined Citi in 2010 to run eCommerce in Sales &amp; Trading, and led the development and widespread adoption of the industry leading suite of products Citi Velocity. Stuart subsequently held a variety of leadership positions in Operations &amp; Technology across Capital Markets, Securities Services, Investment Banking, Trade and Treasury, and Private Banking. In addition to his focus on initiatives such as Cloud, Data, APIs, Blockchain and Cyber, he is also actively engaged with external companies, start-ups, think-tanks and academics, connecting different approaches to drive innovation at Citi.
Prior to joining Citi, Stuart held a number of senior technology roles at Deutsche Bank. Before that he was a Partner at a technology consulting firm and he has a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and Management. Stuart Riley

In 1991, Manuel joined El Banco Nacional de M&eacute;xico in the Corporate Bank. He held several positions in different areas in Corporate Banking, Wholesale, Commercial and Consumer Business. In 2005, he became Managing Director for Credit Cards and was the recipient of the &ldquo;Celebrating Excellence Award&rdquo; presented by the Global Consumer Bank.
In 2008 Manuel transitioned to join Banorte-Ixe, where he led numerous businesses, and in 2012 became Executive Vice President for Consumer and Retail Products.
In April 2019, Manuel rejoined Citibanamex as Head of Products and Segments for Global Consumer Bank Mexico, and in November 2019 he was named Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Financiero Citibanamex.
Manuel holds a degree in Business Administration from ITAM, M&eacute;xico, as well as a Master of Economics from the same institution. He has been married to Lillian for 25 years and they are parents to 3 girls.

Anand Selvakesari

Edward Skyler joined Citi as Executive Vice President in 2010 and is now Head of Enterprise Services and Public Affairs. Reporting to the CEO, he oversees the primary functions that shape the reputation of Citi, including Communications, Government Affairs, Marketing, Sustainability/ESG, Community Investing and Development and Citi&rsquo;s compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). He has responsibility for managing certain global operations, including Aviation, Colleague and Client Services, and Citi&rsquo;s Real Estate portfolio. He chairs Citi&rsquo;s Reputation Risk Committee and the Board of the Citi Foundation. He also shares leadership of Investor Relations and Regulatory Affairs.
Prior to joining Citi, Edward served as a member of Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg's administration from 2002 to 2010, rising to the position of Deputy Mayor for Operations for the City of New York. In that capacity, he oversaw the performance of the City's main operational agencies and served as a top budget, legislative and labor negotiator. He oversaw four consecutive balanced and on-time City budgets; negotiated legislation to reform lobbying and "pay-to-play" practices; and spearheaded critical initiatives such as the overhaul of the City's 911 system and its sustainability agenda.
Previously, Edward served as Press Secretary and Communications Director during Mayor Bloomberg's first term. Prior to joining the Bloomberg Administration, he worked in the Corporate Communications group of Bloomberg LP. He also served as Deputy Press Secretary to Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani and Public Information Director at the Department of Parks &amp; Recreation.
Edward has stayed involved in civic life and served as Chairman of the Citizens Budget Commission. He is also an Executive Committee Member of the New York Police &amp; Fire Widows' &amp; Children's Benefit Fund and is a Trustee of The Paley Center for Media. Ernesto Torres Cantu is CEO of Citi Latin America. Ernesto is a member of Citi&rsquo;s Executive Management Team.
Prior to his current role, Ernesto served as CEO of Citibanamex from 2014 to 2019. He also served as CEO of Citibanamex Consumer Banking from 2012 to 2014 and in 2006 was appointed President of the Retail Bank in Mexico.
Ernesto joined Citibanamex in 1989 as a Corporate Banker.

Ernesto Torres Cantu

Zdenek Turek was named Citi&rsquo;s Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in February 2021. He leads the global Risk Management organization, which oversees Citi&rsquo;s risk governance framework and risk appetite, and ensures all risks generated by the firm&rsquo;s businesses are measured, reviewed and monitored on an ongoing basis. Prior to being named Interim Chief Risk Officer for Citi in December 2020, Zdenek served as EMEA Chief Risk Officer and was a member of the EMEA Operating Committee.
Previously, Zdenek was Chief Executive Officer of Citibank Europe Plc, which includes 22 countries across the region, as well as Europe Cluster Head. Prior to that, he served as Western Europe Cluster Head and, subsequently, EMEA Corporate Banking Head.
Zdenek joined Citi in 1991 and held a number of banking and corporate finance management roles before serving as Citi Country Officer for Romania. In 2005, Zdenek was appointed Citi Country Officer for South Africa and Division Head for Africa. In 2008, he was named Citi Country Officer for Russia and served as CEO of Central and Eastern Europe, which included eight countries across the region.

Casper W. von Koskull

Sara Wechter is Citi's Head of Human Resources, responsible for recruiting, diversity, global learning, talent development, benefits, compensation and employee relations. Since assuming this role in July 2018, she has championed pay-equity efforts across Citi, most notably making Citi one of the first companies to disclose its raw pay gap data for women and minorities in 2019 and annually since then.
Under Sara&rsquo;s leadership, Citi has been at the helm of many industry-leading employee programs, including launching a global paid parental leave standard in every country in which Citi operates and providing multiple mental health resources to employees. In addition, Sara leads Citi&rsquo;s North America Crisis Management Oversight Team, which is managing Citi&rsquo;s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to this role, Sara served as Citi's Head of Talent and Diversity as well as Chief of Staff to former Citi Chief Executive Officer Mike Corbat. She has held several roles since first joining Citi in 2004. After working in Investment Banking, Sara joined Citi's Corporate M&amp;A and Strategy team in 2007. Mike Whitaker was named Citi's Head of Enterprise Operations &amp; Technology in November 2018 following four years as Head of Operations &amp; Technology for Citi's Institutional Clients Group (ICG).
Mike joined Citi in October 2009 as the Head of Markets Technology. Since then, he has undertaken various roles, including Regional Chief Information Officer, Head of ICG Technology, and in February 2012, Head of Securities &amp; Banking Operations &amp; Technology.
With over 40 years of experience in financial services and technology, Mike&rsquo;s previous roles include positions in interest rate derivatives trading, dealing room management, electronic trading solutions and senior technology leadership roles.
Prior to joining Citi, Mike had worked at Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital, where his responsibilities included CIO for Global Fixed Income, Global Equities &amp; Prime Finance, eCommerce and Algorithmic trading functions.

Paco Ybarra is Chief Executive Officer of Citi&rsquo;s Institutional Clients Group, which includes its Banking, Markets and Services businesses. During his career he has held positions in Spain, Mexico, Singapore, New York and London. In November 2006, he became Co-Head of Global Fixed Income, and in 2011 was appointed Global Head of Markets. In November 2013, his responsibilities were expanded to include the securities services businesses. He was appointed Deputy Head of the Institutional Clients Group in October 2018.
Paco holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Valencia in Spain and a Master of Business Administration degree from I.E.S.E. in Barcelona. He is a member of the Board of Directors of EMPower in the United Kingdom, a non-for-profit organization that supports at-risk youth in Emerging Markets. He also sits in the Alumni Board of I.E.S.E.
